Our work with
individuals is designed to encourage balance and
wellness....from this place we can make wise choices for
ourselves and can peacefully manage and enjoy our
relationships. Our open enrolment classes are all about having
FUN - we refer to it as Playschool for Adults. This is precious
time spent in a studio playing, creating, enjoying friends,
exploring the journey through our sometimes crazy lives, and
lots of laughter - a needed time of real renewal.

Come spend time in a local country
studio learning and playing in the company of good friends and a
peaceful environment. Enrolment is limited to keep class sizes
small and intimate.
