At Inspirations Unlimited, we create learning opportunities that stimulate awareness, self-discovery and honest evaluation of the choices we make and the impact of those choices.

Our processes are creative in nature; the tools we use are designed to engage the whole brain.  The learning environment is challenging, supportive, dynamic and fun….we encourage you to stretch beyond perceived limits.

Assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence competencies is an integral component of our strategy.   If we are unaware of our environment or our own emotions and behaviours, then we are most likely unaware of what change is required to bring about different or improved circumstances in our work, our careers, our relationships, or in our lives.

Our workshops and coaching programs focus on experiences and competencies that create resiliency; that ability to bounce back from adversity.  Each day has its challenges and our responses to those challenges often determine the degree to which we feel in control of and satisfied with the outcome.  When we are well; when our lives feel in balance, we are in a much better position to make the wise decisions that support our growth and our movement forward in the direction we hope for.
