Mandalas
have been used around the world as a creative form of meditation
leading us to reconnect to our inner radiant Self. This ecumenical
spring retreat is based on Judith's new book, Mandala Healing: Using
Sacred Symbols for Spiritual and Emotional Healing. In a safe
and sacred environment we will explore the mandala as a process to tap
the ancient mystical wisdom to awaken and support your souls
blossoming.
Learn profound but simple techniques for;

expressing spiritual insights

quieting the mind

tapping inspired states of creativity

experiencing more love, joy, and peace.
We will meditate, chant, experience contemplative silence and create
luminous mandalas that reflect our true spiritual essence. No
experience is necessary. Come join us at the beautiful FCJ
Retreat Centre in Calgary – an oasis in the heart of the city. (Click
here to explore their facilities.) Massage, Reiki and
Reflexology sessions can also be booked through the Centre if one
chooses to compliment their retreat experience.
The cost
of the retreat (with residency), includes tuition, accommodations,
all meals and mandala materials. Participants will receive a Mandala
Healing Kit - Judith’s newest publication which includes a book, CD,
art paper, stencils, and color pencils. (Prices are in Canadian funds)

responsible to book their own room with the FCJ Centre, and rooms will
be available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Availability
can not be guaranteed after Feb. 28. Please call for details and

** Non-resident participant fees include
tuition, mandala materials, including the Mandala Healing Kit, and all
meals except breakfasts.
